International benchmarks for crude oil fell for the second session in a row after a report from the EIA showing 4.6 million barrels build-up in US crude inventories as producers resumed operations. Meanwhile, OPEC plans to stick to continue lifting outputs.
Brent loses 45 cents to close at $78.64/barrel.
WTI settled 46 cents lower at $74.83/barrel.
