International benchmarks for crude oil continued to rally on Thursday, 7 October 2021 as investors doubt if the US would release emergency crude reserve to ease the supply tightness and to cool off the rising energy costs.
Brent rose 69 cents to close at $81.77/barrel.
WTI gained 62 cents to settle at $78.05/barrel.
