International benchmarks for crude oil dropped on Wednesday, 13 October 2021 as traders took profit after prices hit multi-year high levels. Meanwhile, the market is waiting for US crude inventory data, which was expected to rise again last week.
Brent fell 24 cents to close at $83.18/barrel.
WTI dropped 20 cents to close at $80.44/barrel.
