International benchmarks for crude oil settled slightly higher on Thursday, 18 November 2021 as investors await decisions from China and India on how much supply these countries would release from their reserves. Meanwhile, it is reported that Japan and South Korea are reluctant to tap into their own reserves at the moment.
Brent gained 96 cents to close at $81.24/barrel.
WTI increased 65 cents to close at $79.01/barrel.
