According to market sources, IRPC Public Company Limited is planning to take its PP plant in Rayong, Thailand offline for brief maintenance that lasts about 15 days in March.
The company owns four PP lines in the Rayong complex, with a combined capacity of 635,000 tons.
The company has been limiting spot selling to build up inventory ahead of the shutdown.
