International benchmarks for crude oil rose about 3% on Wednesday, 30 March 2022 after the EIA report showed a 3.4 million barrels drawdown in US commercial crude inventories while investors worried about a new round of Western sanctions on Russia.
Brent rose $3.22 or 2.9% to close at $113.45/barrel.
WTI gained $3.58 or 3.4% to close at $107.82/barrel.
