International benchmarks for crude oil ended the trading session on Friday, 4 November 2022 with strong gains as investors placed bullish bets on China easing the Zero-Covid policy ahead of the Health Ministry monthly meeting. Meanwhile, the looming EU ban on Russian oil stoke more concerns about the supply outlook.
Brent jumped $3.99 to close at $98.57/barrel.
WTI added $2.96 to settle at $92.61/barrel.
