International benchmarks for crude oil settled higher on Tuesday, 22 November 2022 after Saudi Arabia said OPEC+ is sticking to its production output plan and might step up the effort to balance the market. However, the gains were restricted as the EU delayed the full implementation of the price cap on Russian crude oil.
Brent rose 91 cents or 1% to close at $88.36/barrel.
WTI added 91 cents or 1.1% to close at $80.95/barrel.
