Market sources reported receiving fresh offers from another major Saudi Arabia producer today for September delivery with reduction for PP compared to last month. The maker cut homo-PP offers by $30/ton from last month to reach $1000/ton while PP block copolymer witness some $60/ton drop to $1040/ton, CIF Vietnam, LC AS term.  Meanwhile, both LLDPE film and HDPE film parcel firmed up $10/ton to reach $1220/ton and $1150/ton respectively with the same term.

A distributor offer on behalf of the producer informed, “If compared to last month, our PP offers have plunged considerably. However, if compared to last week, our homo-PP prices have actually firmed up $30/ton. We are confident about LLDPE film and PP market, in contrast we might face difficulties in attracting buying attention for HDPE film cargoes.”
