UPDATE: Malaysia’s PrefChem to restart cracker and PP plants

Pengerang Refining and Petrochemical (PRefChem) is planning to restart its steam cracker in the Southern state of Johor, Malaysia in the coming week following a brief unscheduled shutdown.
