Market sources reported that Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co Ltd has restarted its No. 1 LDPE unit today after unexpected shutdown last week.
Based in Beijing, China, the No. 1 LDPE unit (old) has a production capacity of 60,000 ton/year. The plant has been shut since 26 September 2016.
