A major Thailand producer has announced new HDPE offers to China with $5/ton reduction for HDPE film and yarn compared to last week to reach $1145/ton and $1155/ton, meanwhile reduced $10/ton for LLDPE C4 film to reach $1250/ton, all on a CFR China, LC at sight term.

A trader commented, ”We are facing difficulties to conclude deals recently and we heard some of the traders are trying to give further discounts with no profit margin to attract buying interests. We are not confidence about the outlook in the near term.”
