Market sources reported that Ningbo Mitsubishi Chemical Co Ltd is planning to resume the production of its PTA unit on 23 October 2016.

Based in Ningbo, China, the PTA plant has a production capacity of 700,000 tons/year. It has been shut for maintenance since 17 September 2016.
