International benchmark for oil prices was lifted on Wednesday (17 Feb) on news Iran is talking to other  producers to address low oil prices. However, the meeting felt short and Iran wouldn't commit any production curb following request from other OPEC members. Many analysts are skeptic that Iran would cooperate with other producers to cap production output at Jan's level as the country is working hard to regain market share after western sanctions were lifted.

WTI closed at   $30.66 (+$1.62)
Brent closed at $34.50 (+$2.32)
