International oil benchmark followed a mixed trend on Thursday (18 Feb) after a report show a surge in US crude and product stockpile and Saudi Arabia's clear statement of not having intention to cut production output. However, analyst believed that talk between OPEC producers and Russia would provide some support for the market and paving the way for future development.

Brent closed at $34.28 (-$0.22)
