The market turned more stable this week as falling naphtha pulled dutiable cargo offers lower, even as non-dutiable pricing held firm on tightened producer output. Indonesia's domestic market saw an equally fast reaction, with producers cutting offers and distribution prices falling twice in one week. With regional producers pulling regional supply tighter, the current softness could prove short-lived.
