Lotte Chemical Pakistan to take control of Engro Polymer in a multi-billion deal

Completion will trigger a mandatory public tender offer to Engro Polymer's remaining shareholders, and LCPL has stated its intent to eventually merge Engro Polymer into itself, subject to regulatory approval.
