According to market sources, Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co Ltd has unexpectedly shut its HDPE unit yesterday owing to technical glitches.
Based in Shanghai, China, the HDPE unit has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 8 days.
