According to market sources, Indonesia’s Chandra Asri is currently operating its newly expanded naphtha cracker at 55-60% capacity after encountered a technical glitch in Jan. The company is reportedly attempting to bring rates to 100% by end of March 2016.
Located in Cilegon, Banten province, the cracker is able to produce 860,000t/year of ethylene, 470,000t/year of propylene and 100,000t/year of butadiene.
