According to market sources, Marun Petrochemical Company (MPC) is planning to shut its HDPE unit for a scheduled turnaround in April.

Based in Tehran, Iran, the unit is able to produce 300,000 ton/year of HDPE. It is expected to remain off-stream for a month.
