According to market sources, Sinopec-SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited is planning to shut its ethylene and propylene units by tomorrow, 7 April 2016 for a scheduled turnaround.

Based in Wuhan, China, the company has a 800,000 ton/year of ethylene unit and 2 propylene units each with a production capacity of 200,000 ton/year (one with ST technology and another with JPP technology). The turnarounds are expected to remain off-stream for 50 days.

Meanwhile, the company also going to shut its PP and PE units for maintenance recently as reported earlier.
