Oil prices slipped on Thursday

International benchmarks for oil prices moved lower on Thursday (14 April) as investors increasingly find more evidences that effort to balance supply-demand among world's largest oil exporter might not produce much result. Major OPEC members and Russia meet this 17 April to discuss about measures to freeze production output at Jan's levels, yet analysts are unclear on what can be agreed in this meeting without Iran participation.
