Another Saudi Arabia producer has announced April shipment offers for both PP and PE to Vietnam at stable to firmer levels compared to last month. Lack of availability is the main support for the firmness while demand remains sluggish in the country.

Due to some technical issues, the producer does not have any PP block copolymer allocation for April shipment. “In the meantime, we think buyers would negotiate very hard on LLDPE film given the comfortable supply in the local ground,” a distributor informed.
