China's Hengli to startup new PP plant soon

According to market sources, Hengli Petrochemical Dalian Refinery Co Ltd is planning to startup its new PP plant (Phase I) before 25 April 2019.

Based in Dalian, China, the new plant is having a PP (PDH based) production capacity of 450,000 tons/year. It is expected to have on-spec homo-PP yarn grade L5E89 by 28 April 2019.
