According to market sources, Yeochun Naphtha Cracking Centre (YNCC) is planning to restart its No. 1 naphtha cracker by end of June 2019 following a planned shutdown.
Based in Yeosu, South Korea, the cracker is able to produce 860,000 tons/year of ethylene and 485,000 tons/year of propylene. It has been shut since 20 May 2019 for a scheduled turnaround.
