According to market sources, SINOPEC SABIC Tianjin Petrochemical Co Ltd (SSTPC) has shut its HDPE plant on 11 May 2016 for a scheduled turnaround and planning to restart by this week.

Based in Tianjin, China, the HDPE unit has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 10 days.
