According to market players, Zhangjiagang Yangzijiang (Dong Hua) Energy Fortune Petrochemical Co Ltd has restarted both of its PDH and PP units today after unexpected shutdown at the beginning of the month.
Based in Ningbo, China, the company owns a 660,000 tons/year PDH plant and a 400,000 tons/year PP unit.
