In an official notification, PT. Mitsubishi Corporation Indonesia informed of changing business entity name to PT. MC Trading Indonesia with effective 1 April 2021.
The move is part of the corporate restructure to streamline the business process and boost efficiency. As such, PT. MC Trading Indonesia starting 1 April 2021, will no longer handle functions such as support and consolidation for other Japan Mitsubishi Corporation’s subsidiaries in Indonesia.
PT. MC Trading Indonesia’s sole focus would be on trading and distributing petrochemical products to Indonesian market. Some of the household brands that the company carries include PP from Advanced Petrochemical, PE from Eastern Petrochemical Company (SHARQ), and PET from Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia (MCCI).
