International benchmarks for crude oil inched slightly higher on Monday, 22 March 2021 after the sell-off, however, the renew COVID-19 related lockdown in Europe and South America threatens the demand outlook.
Brent ended the session up 9 cents or 0.1% to $64.62/barrel.
WTI gains 13 cents or 0.2% to $61.55/barrel.
