International benchmarks for crude oil plunged more than 6% on Tuesday, 23 March 2021 on the concerns over the demand outlook in Europe given the fresh lockdown while investors are spooked over oversupply worries.
Brent settled $3.83/barrel lower, or 6.3% to $60.79/barrel.
WTI loses at $3.8/barrel, or 6.58% to $57.76/barrel.
