According to market sources, Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co Ltd is planning to shut its coal-based PP and PE units for a scheduled turnaround on 2 July 2016.
Located at Shanxi, China, the plant has annual MTO PP and PE units with a production capacity of 400,000 ton/year and 300,000 ton/year respectively. The unit is expected to remain off-stream for around 15 days. The plant is producing homo-PP raffia (HP550J) grade at the moment.
