EIA: US crude inventories built up in the latest week



The US crude inventories rose 1.3 million barrels to 486 million barrels in the week ending 14 May 2021 while gasoline stocks fell sharply, data from the Energy Information Agency (EIA) showed. 

Refinery utilization rate up 0.2 percent to 86.3%. 

Net crude imports fell 587,000 barrels per day.
