International benchmarks for crude oil rose sharply on Wednesday, 21 July 2021 as traders shrugged off reports on the built-up in US inventories to portray a higher risk appetite.
Brent jumped $2.88 or 4.2% to $72.23/barrel.
WTI rose $3.1 or 4.6% to $70.30/barrel.
