According to market sources, Yulin Shenhua Energy Co Ltd has restarted its MTO-based LDPE unit today after emergency shutdown yesterday.
Based in Yulin, Shaanxi, China, the company has a 300,000 ton/year of LDPE plant. This plant has started up since 25 December 2015. It has been shut since 6 July 2016 due to technical glitches on the valves.
