International benchmarks for crude oil jumped more than 2% on Tuesday, 10 August 2021 as traders were confident that economic growth would remain strong even with the rapid spreading of the Delta variant. 

Brent for October settlement gained $1.59 to $70.63/barrel.

WTI jumped $1.81 to close at $68.29/barrel.
