Oil dip on concerns over demand outlook



International benchmarks for crude oil fell on Friday, 13 August 2021 as traders remained concerned over the cloudy demand outlook as the Delta variant of the coronavirus spread while the IEA expects demand to recover at a slower pace.

Brent for October settlement fell 71 cents or 1% to $70.59/barrel.

WTI settled down 64 cents at $68.44/barrel.
