Thailand's SCG Chemicals has sold nearly half its stake in PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk over four trading days, raising the Indonesian petrochemical major's public free float to 25.7% and signalling a strategic reallocation of capital by its Thai parent.
An extended rebound across Dalian paper markets successfully propelled homo-PP yarn to a near-total clearance on Monday, whereas ample domestic availability and subdued buying interest left the PE complex deeply fractured.
