Crude oil prices fell after US job report
International benchmarks for crude oil settled lower on Friday, 3 September 2021 after a weaker than expected job report in the US threaten the demand outlook. However, the losses were capped by concerns over the offline productions in the Gulf of Mexico after Hurricane Ida.
Brent slipped 42 cents or 0.58% to close at $72.61/barrel.
WTI for settled down 7 cents or 1% at $69.29/barrel.
