Oil rebounded as US producers make slow recovery progress
International benchmarks for crude oil settled up more than 1% on Wednesday, 8 September 2021 on the back of tightening supply as US producers make slow progress in recovering from the hurricane.
Brent gained 91 cents or 1.3% to close at $72.60/barrel.
WTI settled up 95 cents or 1.4%, to $69.30/barrel.
