EIA: US crude inventories continue to fall two weeks after Hurricane Ida
US crude inventories registered another week of a sharp decline in the week ending 10 September 2021 as off-shore productions remain shut after Hurricane Ida. Total crude stocks fell 6.4 million barrels to 417.4 million barrels – the lowest since September 2019.
Refinery utilization rates gain 0.2% to 82.1%.
Total gasoline inventories dropped 1.9 million barrels to 218.1 million barrels.
Net US crude import down 48,000 barrels per day compared to the previous week.
