International benchmarks for crude oil dipped slightly on Tuesday, 28 September 2021 as investors start to lock in profits after five consecutive sessions of firming up. The market is also facing threats from the power crunch in China. 

Brent dropped 44 cents or 0.6% to settle the session at $79.09/barrel. 

WTI fell 16 cents or 0.2% to close at $75.29/barrel.
