PetroChina Daqing to shut PP for maintenance

According to market sources, PetroChina Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company is planning to shut its PP (new) unit on 8am tomorrow (16 July 2016) and its PP (old) unit by 21 July 2016 for scheduled turnaround.

Based in Daqing, China, the company has a new and old PP unit each with a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. The PP (new) unit and PP (old) unit are expected to remain off-stream until 8 August 2016 and 11 August 2016 respectively.
