According to market sources, Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company Limited has unexpected shutdown at both of its LDPE and PP plant this morning. The reason and shutdown period could not be ascertained.
Located at Maoming, Guangdong, China, the LDPE plant has a capacity of 400,000 ton/year and No. 2 PP unit has a capacity of 300,000 ton/year.
