International benchmarks for crude oil resumed the uptrend on Wednesday, 9 February 2022 after reports that US crude inventories fell nearly 5 million barrels last week, underlining the strong demand and tightening supply.
Brent gained 77 cents or 0.9% to close at $91.55/barrel.
WTI ended 33 cents higher to close at $89.66/barrel.
