China's Yanchang to shut coal-based units for maintenance
Market sources reported that Shaanxi Yanchang Zhongmei Yulin Energy and Chemical Co Ltd is planning to shut its coal-based PP and PE units for scheduled turnaround on 2 August and 7 August respectively.
Based in Shaanxi, China, the company has a PP and HDPE/LLDPE units each with a production capacity of 600,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 45 days.
