Zhongmei Yulin delayed restart schedule of coal-based units

According to market sources, Zhongmei Shaanxi Yulin Energy & Chemical Co Ltd has delayed the restart schedule of its MTO-based PP and PE units to this week due to some production issues.

Based in Shaanxi, China, the company has a MTO-based PE and PP unit each with a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. It has been shut since 15 July 2016 for plant’s accessories replacements and facing some issues upon restart last week.
