Crude oil ended the week mixed on new supply hope

International benchmarks for crude oil ended mixed on Friday, 18 February 2022 after reports that the US and Iran are close to reaching an agreement to resuscitate the 2015 Nuclear Accord that would allow Iranian oil to return to the market. Iranian officials have been talking to South Korean refineries to resume supplying oil to this buyer.

Brent settled 57 cents higher at $93.54/barrel.

WTI loses 69 cents to close at $91.07/barrel.
