Oil rose as fear of new sanctions on Russia would dent supply further
International benchmarks for crude oil jumped over 3% on Monday, 4 April 2022 as investors fear that Western countries might implement another round of sanctions on Russia, including its crude oil.
Brent jumped $3.14 or 3% to settle at $107.53/barrel.
WTI rose $4.01 or 4% to close at $103.28/barrel.
