EIA: US commercial crude stocks continued to build up; gasoline stocks declined
The US commercial crude inventories rose 9.4 million barrels in the week ending 8 April 2022, to 421.8 million barrels, according to the latest data from the Energy Information Agency.
Total gasoline inventories, however, decreased 3.6 million barrels from the week before, continuing to shed light on the growing demand condition.
The refinery utilization rate dropped 0.1 percentage point to 91.4%.
