Oil continued to firm up as Libya outages added to supply concerns
International benchmarks for crude oil rose more than 1% on Monday, 18 April 2022 as production disruptions in Libya added to the supply concerns after reports showed Russian oil output fell 7.5% in the first half of April compared to March.
Brent gained $1.46 or 1.3% to close at $113.16/barrel.
WTI jumped $1.26 or 1.2% to settle at $108.21/barrel.
